Workshop Cancellation Policy
Places on my workshops are allocated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis on receipt of full payment.
In the very unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop you will be offered your full refund. On cancellation of a workshop I do not accept liability for any associated costs, i.e. Your accommodation or travel costs.
Customer Cancellation
I understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your workshop booking. Please be aware that last minute cancellations result in workshop places that may be hard for me to fill which can result in a direct loss of earnings. With that in mind please note that:
If you have booked direct: Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the workshop will be offered a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations made 14-28 days prior to the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to the workshop will receive no refund.
If on the day you are unable to attend for legitimate reasons such as bad health I will endeavour to offer an alternative workshop date. This is based on honesty from you and good will from me.
Accessibility
Whilst my workshops are suitable for beginners and the majority of people are fine to try weaving, note that some hand strength and finger dexterity is required, and you will get more out of the workshop if you are mobile. Please get in touch if you are unsure and I will guide accordingly.
Photography in Workshops
I welcome workshop participants to take any notes/photographs of their learning process but note please be aware other people may not wish to be in photographs. I may take photos in the session for purposes of future marketing, and you are invited to say if you’d like not to be in these, that is no problem at all.
